# Guanghe Technology surges 10% on profit boost forecast

Guanghe Technology (1989.HK) surged **10.45%** during regular trading to **HK$135.90**.

The rally follows a profit warning issued earlier, with the company forecasting H1 2026 net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 910 million to RMB 960 million, representing year-on-year growth of **85.12% to 95.29%**. The performance is primarily driven by surging demand for computing hardware. Technological innovations have optimized the product mix, while digitalization has enhanced production efficiency.

Additionally, increased capacity utilization at the Thailand factory and progress in key customer certifications have established a second growth engine for computing product sales, significantly boosting profitability.
