# Goldman Sachs Keeps Their Hold Rating on Lennar (LEN)

In a report released on July 10, Susan Maklari from Goldman Sachs maintained a Hold rating on Lennar, with a price target of $100.00. The company’s shares closed yesterday at $84.27.

### TipRanks Welcomes a New ETF – NYSE:RANK

-   TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE.
-   RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies.

According to TipRanks, Maklari is a 3-star analyst with an average return of 1.0% and a 50.00% success rate. Maklari covers the Consumer Cyclical sector, focusing on stocks such as Lennar, Whirlpool, and KB Home.

In addition to Goldman Sachs, Lennar also received a Hold from Truist Financial’s Jonathan Bettenhausen in a report issued on July 1. However, on July 9, Argus Research assigned a Buy rating to Lennar (NYSE: LEN).
