# Seres Executives and Core Team Plan to Buy Up to CNY 153.8 Million of A and H Shares

Seres said its directors, senior management and core team plan to increase their holdings of the companys A shares and H shares, with a total planned purchase amount of no less than CNY 119 million and no more than CNY 153.8 million, according to 36Kr. The purchases are planned within six months from the date of the announcement, via the Shanghai Stock Exchange system (including Stock Connect) and through channels permitted by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing system.
