# CHIFENG GOLD  Expects 1H26 Net Profit to Rise Up to 61% YoY

CHIFENG GOLD (06693.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) Short selling $19.70M; Ratio 9.011% issued a positive profit alert. Based on preliminary estimates by its finance department, the company expects net profit for 1H26 to range from approximately RMB1.7 billion to RMB1.78 billion, representing a YoY increase of about 54% to 61%. Net profit excluding non-recurring items is expected to range from approximately RMB1.71 billion to RMB1.79 billion, up 54% to 61% YoY.  

The group attributed the improvement to a substantial rise in gold prices during the period compared with the same period last year, with the average selling price of gold increasing by about 43% YoY. At the same time, the group continued to strengthen production organization and operational management, driving higher results in the first half of the year.
