Lumentum (LITE.US) edged up **1.25%** to $825.00, Corning (GLW.US) rose **0.98%** to $189.48, and Nokia (NOK.US) gained **0.51%** to $11.76.

The optical communication sector extended overnight gains as investors bet on sustained AI computing demand driving optical module requirements. POET Technologies attracted buying interest on its integrated photonics platform, while optical component leaders AAOI and Coherent advanced. Leveraged products AAOX and MVLL posted larger gains, reflecting heightened market enthusiasm.
