HALIFAX, Nova Scotia-- Emera Inc. (TSX/NYSE: EMA) announced a correction to its Series J First Preferred Share quarterly dividend in a release dated July 13, 2026. The corrected dividend amount is $0.39660, an increase from the previously stated $0.265625. The Board of Directors declared quarterly dividends on common shares and First Preferred Shares on the same date. These dividends are payable on or after August 17, 2026, to eligible shareholders of record at the end of business on the mentioned date.
