# Celcuity (CELC) Receives a Buy from Stifel Nicolaus

In a report released today, Stephen Willey from Stifel Nicolaus maintained a Buy rating on Celcuity, with a price target of $175.00.

-   TipRanks has entered a new arena in the investing world, powering the index of an ETF based on its unique data now trading under the ticker RANK on the NYSE.
-   RANK tracks the performance of the TipRanks US Momentum Analysts Index, a rules-based index of 50 large U.S. companies.

Willey covers the Healthcare sector, focusing on stocks such as Incyte, Syndax Pharmaceuticals, and Crescent Biopharma. According to TipRanks, Willey has an average return of 9.5% and a 46.61% success rate on recommended stocks.
