# Dongshan Precision Expects H1 2026 Net Profit to Surge Up to 295% on Optical Module, PCB Demand

Dongshan Precision (002384.SZ) expects net profit attributable to shareholders of 2.9 billion yuan to 3 billion yuan for the first half of 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of 282.58% to 295.78%, according to Jiemian News. The company cited strong performance across its PCB, optical module, and data center businesses. In the second quarter alone, net profit is projected at 1.79 billion yuan to 1.89 billion yuan, a record high. The company's shares hit the daily limit on July 14 and closed at 262.49 yuan on July 15, up about 210% year-to-date. Dongshan Precision acquired optical module maker Sorlight Technology in 2025, which contributed significantly to earnings. The company also announced in June 2026 that Sorlight and its subsidiaries would invest $1.2 billion to expand optical chip and module production capacity.
