The matter solely relates to John Water's historical role at PwC and does not relate to the Company or any member of the Savills group. PwC was similarly censured. The Board has considered the matter and, based on the information available, remains satisfied that John Waters continues to be effective in, and suitable for, his role as a non-executive director of the Company.
