# JIANGXI COPPER Board Approves Spin-off and Main Board Listing of Jiangxi JCC Copper Foil in HK

JIANGXI COPPER (00358.HK) -1.280 (-3.960%) Short selling $37.24M; Ratio 7.871% announced that its board approved the proposed spin-off and Main Board listing in Hong Kong of Jiangxi JCC Copper Foil, a subsidiary in which it holds a 70.19% stake.

The H shares to be issued are proposed to account for no more than 15% of Jiangxi JCC Copper Foil's total enlarged share capital after issuance. Subject to strong market demand, an over-allotment option may be exercised, with the over-allotment size proposed to be no more than 15% of the initial H-share offering size.
