Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing's website showed that the listing application of Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver & Tin Mining Co. was returned on June 22, with CICC as sponsor, according to Ming Pao. This was the first listing application returned by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing since November last year.
