# Empire State Realty OP Establishes New Term Loan Facility

Empire State Realty OP Series 250 ( (FISK) ) has shared an update.

On July 17, 2026, Empire State Realty OP, L.P. and Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. amended their existing credit agreement with a syndicate led by Wells Fargo Bank to establish a term loan and delayed draw term loan facility with an initial maximum principal amount of $490 million, expandable to $510 million. The facility, fully drawn for the $245 million term loan and available for delayed draws over six months, will fund working capital, capital projects, acquisitions and redevelopment, carries SOFR- or base-rate-linked floating interest with leverage- and rating-based spreads, includes customary fees, covenants and events of default, and matures between 2029 and 2032, enhancing the REIT’s financing flexibility while imposing standard lender protections.
