# MKDWELL Tech Inc. to Acquire Premium Smart-Home and IoT Group, Diversifying Beyond Automotive Electronics

Hsinchu, Taiwan, July 17, 2026 - Automotive electronics manufacturer MKDWELL Tech Inc. (Nasdaq: MKDW) has announced the signing of a sale and purchase agreement to acquire all the issued share capital of Landvision Inc. The target company, Landvision Inc., is a British Virgin Islands holding company that owns 100% of Landvision Technology Limited, a developer and supplier of AI-enabled smart-home and Internet-of-Things products based in Hong Kong. The acquisition will be completed through the issuance of new shares by MKDWELL. This move is aimed at expanding MKDWELL's business into the fast-growing consumer smart-home sector and strengthening its technology platform.
