# Clover Biopharmaceuticals Signals Interim Profit on One-Off Gavi Settlement Gain

Clover Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. ( (HK:2197) ) just unveiled an update.

Clover Biopharmaceuticals has issued a positive profit alert, indicating it expects to report a net profit of about RMB957 million to RMB1.204 billion for the first half of 2026, reversing a loss of roughly RMB101.3 million a year earlier. The swing to profit is mainly due to a large, non-recurring accounting gain linked to a settlement agreement with Gavi reached in March 2026.
