# Report: AS Watson's London Listing Plan May Be Delayed Until Next Yr

CKH HOLDINGS (00001.HK) +0.700 (+0.989%) Short selling $124.93M; Ratio 31.839% 's plan to spin off AS Watson for a listing in London may be postponed until next year, as it could face regulatory and other complex issues in Asia,  
The Financial Times, citing sources, reported.

AS Watson could pursue a dual listing in Hong Kong and London this autumn, targeting fundraising of USD2 billion, with the group valued at about USD30 billion, previous market reports suggested. 

Sources said AS Watson is selling at least one asset, and the transaction could constitute a material change that may require the resubmission of listing documents in accordance with regulations. 

CKH HOLDINGS confirmed earlier this month that AS Watson Group is selling Marionnaud, its European luxury perfume and cosmetics retailer. Meanwhile, market reports indicated that AS Watson's PARKnSHOP supermarket business may attract a takeover bid from Jardine Matheson.
