# Ameren (AEE) Gets a Buy from Truist Financial

Truist Financial analyst Richard Sunderland maintained a Buy rating on Ameren on July 17 and set a price target of $124.00. The company’s shares closed last Friday at $111.55.

According to TipRanks, Sunderland is a 3-star analyst with an average return of 3.6% and a 56.83% success rate. Sunderland covers the Utilities sector, focusing on stocks such as Dominion Energy, Entergy, and Xcel Energy.

In addition to Truist Financial, Ameren also received a Buy from J.P. Morgan’s Jeremy Tonet in a report issued on July 16. However, on July 17, RBC Capital maintained a Hold rating on Ameren (NYSE: AEE).
