# IWG Continues Share Buyback, Lifts Total Repurchases to 40 Million

International Workplace Group plc has continued executing its share buyback programme, repurchasing 152,389 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 under the authority granted at its May 2026 AGM. The shares, bought across several trading venues at a volume-weighted average price of about £1.93, may be cancelled or held in treasury, reflecting ongoing capital management.

Since the launch of the programme in December 2025, the group has acquired a total of 40,009,322 shares, reducing its free float and leaving 954,279,243 shares in issue excluding treasury stock.
