# G Sachs: JD HEALTH Continues to Expand Mkt Share; Buy Rating Maintained

JD HEALTH (06618.HK) +1.060 (+2.848%) Short selling $22.80M; Ratio 21.953% 's expected revenue growth for 2Q was broadly in line with market expectations, Goldman Sachs said in a research report. Although performance during the 618 shopping festival was mediocre, the broker forecast 2Q revenue to grow 18% YoY, backed by continued market share gains in core categories.

Goldman Sachs currently forecast JD HEALTH's adjusted operating margin for 2Q at 7.1%, representing continued YoY improvement. The broker also expected growth to accelerate in the second half of the year, while maintaining its Buy rating and HKD65 target price.
