# Frontier Nuclear and Minerals Refreshes Board and Committees to Support Nuclear Fuel Strategy

The latest update is out from Frontier Nuclear and Minerals ( (FNUC) ).

Frontier Nuclear and Minerals Inc. announced on July 20, 2026, a significant refresh of its board of directors ahead of its August 25, 2026 annual general meeting. The company appointed metals and mining investment specialist Joshua Girnun and seasoned corporate finance executive Donal Carroll as new directors, while updating committee memberships to better align governance with its nuclear fuel cycle growth strategy.
