The filing shows that controlling shareholder Zhou Shaofeng directly holds 23.00% of the company and, through Shenzhen Xinghe Zhongzhi Investment L.P. (LLP), Shenzhen Xingyi Laser Investment L.P. (LLP) and Shenzhen Shishi Investment L.P. (LLP), controls another 18.78% of voting rights, for a combined 41.78%.
