# Nexchip rises 5% as Huaqin increases stake to 10.62%

Nexchip Integration (2249.HK) **climbed 5%** during regular trading to HKD **31.240**.

Huaqin Technology recently increased its holdings in Nexchip's H-shares. The company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huaqin Communication, acquired approximately **3.12 million** H-shares of Nexchip through the Stock Exchange on July 20 for a total consideration of about **HKD 93.22 million**. Following this acquisition, Huaqin Technology's stake in Nexchip rose to approximately **10.62%**. Huaqin stated that the move aims to deepen resource integration and synergy between upstream and downstream parts of the industry chain, reflecting confidence in Nexchip's future prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value.
