# Jinko Solar Haining Unit Adds China Post Financial Investors, Raises Capital 22%

Jinko Energy (Haining) Co. added China Post Financial Asset Investment Co. and other shareholders and increased its registered capital from 3.57 billion yuan to about 4.35 billion yuan, a 22% rise, according to Jiemian News. The company was established in December 2017, its legal representative is Chen Jingwei, and its business scope includes new energy technology R&D, photovoltaic equipment and component manufacturing, battery production and electronic special materials R&D. It is now held by Jiaxing Keliantou Investment Partnership, Jinko Energy, Haining Sunshine Science and Technology Town Investment Partnership, the new shareholders and others.
