Vanke Gets Up to 519 Million Yuan Loan From Top Shareholder Shenzhen Metro

Vanke said on July 21 that its largest shareholder, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., has provided the company with a loan of up to 519 million yuan, and Vanke and its subsidiaries will pledge collateral for the debt under the loan agreement. According to Jiemian News, Shenzhen Metro Group holds 27.18% of Vanke's shares. Under rules including the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, Shenzhen Metro Group is deemed a related party, making the transaction a related-party deal.
