The report said Tianfeng Securities viewed the chemical industry as entering a period of deep change under the draft 15th Five-Year carbon peaking action plan, which uses carbon-emission caps and energy-efficiency benchmarks to push upgrades in traditional high-energy-consuming segments and speed the exit of outdated capacity. It added that green hydrogen coupling and green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol pathways have received state support, while zero-carbon industrial park construction and wider carbon-market coverage of the petrochemical and chemical sectors could reshape the industry, with low-carbon technology and green supporting capabilities seen as a source of competitive advantage. Jiemian News also noted that market rotation is accelerating and highlighted China Southern Asset Management's dividend low-volatility ETF (159547), which tracks the dividend low-volatility index and had a 4.31% one-year dividend yield as of July 20.
