description: "Jefferies analyst Charles Brennan maintains a Hold rating on Capgemini SE with an unchanged price target of €95. He cites that management's de-risked guidance is already priced in, limiting near-term upside potential. The consensus assumes stronger revenue than justified, and profitability improvements are expected to be reshuffled rather than sustained. Consequently, Brennan expects little positive surprise for full-year 2026 margins, attributing stock performance to broader sector trends rather than company-specific developments."

Charles Brennan has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors, including the view that management’s guidance now looks de-risked but is already largely anticipated in market expectations. He believes the current consensus assumes a stronger revenue trajectory than is fully justified, limiting the potential for material upside in the near term.

At the margin level, he sees the profitability profile as unusual, with scope for reshuffling performance between the first and second halves rather than delivering a clear, sustained improvement. Brennan therefore expects little chance of a meaningful positive surprise in full-year 2026 margins and argues that broader sub-sector trends, rather than company-specific developments, are likely to be the main driver of the stock. As a result, he keeps a neutral stance and leaves his price target unchanged at $95.

0HAZ’s price has also changed moderately for the past six months – from EUR133.550 to EUR90.020, which is a -32.59% drop .
