# Horizons Increases to Issue $450 Million Convertible Bonds

Horizons (9660) said it plans to issue $450 million of convertible bonds, with proceeds to be used to make total cash payments of $399 million to CARIAD, according to Ming Pao. The payments include repayment of about $344 million in loan principal for the excess amount, as well as additional cash payments.
