# Rio Tinto (RIO) was upgraded to a Hold Rating at J.P. Morgan

J.P. Morgan analyst Dominic OKane upgraded Rio Tinto to a Hold today and set a price target of p8,270.00.

According to TipRanks, OKane is a 4-star analyst with an average return of 3.6% and a 55.29% success rate. OKane covers the Basic Materials sector, focusing on stocks such as BHP Group Ltd, Anglo American, and Rio Tinto.

In addition to J.P. Morgan, Rio Tinto also received a Hold from Barclays’s Amos Fletcher in a report issued on July 16. However, on July 20, Morgan Stanley maintained a Sell rating on Rio Tinto (LSE: RIO).
