Bernstein Analyst Sees Positive Risk‑Reward

Bernstein's Mark Shmulik said the risk‑reward skews positive heading into the Q2 print. Meta's core ad business remains strong, though the company faces tougher year‑over‑year comparisons ahead in Q3. Shmulik expects Meta to give more detail on AI progress, including updates on Muse Spark and new infrastructure deals.

He also flagged that Meta's capex is set to rise again, with 2027 capacity coming online and BOM inflation pushing spending into a $225 billion to $250 billion range.

It is worth noting that Shmulik ranks 2,309 out of more than 12,300 analysts tracked by TipRanks. He has an overall success rate of 52% on Meta stock, with an average return per rating of 6.05% over a one-year timeframe.
