# Binzhou Chemical Hits Record High on New Product Launch

Binzhou Chemical (6745.HK) **tumbled** during regular trading to HK$3.430, **surging** 13.62% to a record high.

The rally followed the launch of Binzhou Group's electronic-grade high-purity hydrogen fluoride project on July 19. The facility achieved technical breakthroughs in process engineering, testing, and filling, producing 6N-grade (99.9999%) hydrogen fluoride suitable for semiconductor manufacturing at 28nm nodes and below. Previously reliant on imports with foreign firms controlling ~80% of global supply, the product now reaches international standards.

Binzhou has completed commissioning an annual 50-ton steel cylinder filling line, obtained certification from Shandong Special Equipment Inspection Institute, and begun promoting the product to key domestic and international clients.
