# CCS reviews Analogic-Leidos merger over airport security market overlap

**The merger overlaps in the supply of checked and cabin baggage explosives detection systems**

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCS) is inviting public feedback on the proposed merger of the Analogic Corporation and Leidos Inc’s security enterprise solution as well as industrial and general automation businesses.

The proposed merger will overlap in the global supply of checked baggage explosives detection systems (EDS), and cabin baggage EDS, including after-market services, to Singapore.

Analogic produces imaging and detection solutions in the healthcare, industrial, and aviation security sectors globally and in Singapore. In the aviation security sector, Analogic is active in cabin baggage EDS and checked baggage EDS.

Analogic is controlled by affiliates of Altaris, LLC, a New York-based investment firm, the CCS said.

Leidos is a science and technology solutions company headquartered in Virginia, United States. Leidos provides scientific engineering, systems integration and technical services, with a primary focus on the national security, defence and health sectors, the CCS said.

CCS will accept public feedback on the proposed merger until 5 August 2026. Public feedback can be shared through the online form or an email at \[email protected\], the commission said.
