# CICC Chops TOPSPORTS TP to HKD1.69 as Termination of Nike Online Platform Sales to Impact Earnings

TOPSPORTS (06110.HK) -0.120 (-8.276%) Short selling $15.96M; Ratio 16.405% announced it had received formal notice from Nike that online platform sales of Nike products in mainland China will be fully terminated starting from Januray 1, 2027, CICC said in a report. The termination of Nike online platform sales was expected to have a certain impact on FY27/28 results.

In view of the termination of the Nike online platform business, CICC lowered the company's FY27/28 EPS forecasts by 17% and 30% to RMB0.17 and RMB0.15, respectively. It maintained an Outperform rating. Considering that the contraction of Nike business may create certain pressure on the company's operating outlook, the broker correspondingly chopped the TP by 39% to HKD1.69.
