##### Education

Revenues decreased 14% to $267.6 million. Adjusted operating income was $0.2 million, a decrease of $6.7 million (97%) from $6.9 million.

##### Entertainment

Revenues increased 8% to $65.7 million. Adjusted operating income was - $9.3 million, a decrease of $2.1 million (29%) from - $7.2 million.

##### International

Revenues decreased 1% to $277.2 million. Adjusted operating income was $7.1 million, an increase of $4.2 million (145%) from $2.9 million.

#### Segment Performance (Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2026 vs. Fiscal 2025, excluding one-time items)

##### Children’s Book Publishing and Distribution

Book Fairs revenues were $186.6 million, up 5%. Book Clubs revenues were $12.2 million, down 7%. Consolidated Trade revenues were $77.5 million, down 20%. Adjusted operating income was $60.3 million, up $2.1 million (4%).

##### Education

Revenues decreased 13% to $109.2 million. Adjusted operating income was $27.9 million, a decrease of $3.4 million (11%).

##### Entertainment

Revenues increased 42% to $21.0 million. Adjusted operating income improved $2.9 million (138%) to $0.8 million, from an adjusted operating loss of - $2.1 million in the prior year period.

##### International

Revenues decreased 9% to $69.6 million, excluding favorable foreign currency exchange of $3.1 million. Adjusted operating income was $3.1 million, a decrease of $3.0 million (49%) from $6.1 million.

#### Outlook for Fiscal 2027

For fiscal 2027, Scholastic Corporation anticipates revenue growth of approximately 2% to 4% and Adjusted EBITDA between $135 million to $145 million, reflecting growth on a comparable basis compared to fiscal 2026. The company also expects Free Cash Flow to be approximately $35 million to $40 million. This outlook is driven by expected growth in Children’s Books, Entertainment, and International segments, improved performance in Education, disciplined cost management, and targeted investments in long-term growth opportunities.
