# JD-SW Unit Acquires Shanghai Industrial Land for Planned Robotics Intelligent Industry Base, Targeting Operations in 2029

JD-SW (09618.HK) -1.600 (-1.338%) Short selling $152.91M; Ratio 37.986% 's modern infrastructure development and management platform, JINGDONG Property, announced that it recently acquired a premium industrial land parcel in the core area of Zhangjiang Science City in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, which is planned to be developed into JD's robotics intelligent industry base.

The project has a planned gross floor area of approximately 105,000 square meters and is expected to be fully completed and commence operations by mid-2029.
