RESULTS OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
CMC Markets plc ("the Company"), announces that at the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today at 133 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BX, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 were passed by way of a poll.
In accordance with Listing Rule UKLR 6.4.2R, copies of all the resolutions passed other than resolutions concerning ordinary business will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
