# Longking Co soars 8% on profit turnaround forecast

Longking Co (2465.HK) surged during Hong Kong trading to HK$10.450, up **9%**.

The company announced a profit forecast for the first half of 2026, projecting net profit attributable to shareholders between RMB373 million and RMB448 million, marking a turnaround from last year's loss.

Growth in power battery and energy storage battery segments boosted lithium iron phosphate (LFP) revenue and sales, realizing economies of scale and restoring profitability. Additionally, industry data indicates rising LFP prices, with improved sector sentiment providing further support to the stock price.
