Boris Peaker has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Adlai Nortye’s strategic positioning in the emerging RAS‑targeting field and its differentiated clinical assets AN9025 and AN4035. He views AN9025’s design, aimed at enhancing pharmacokinetics, efficacy, safety, and flexible dosing relative to leading pan‑RAS(ON) inhibitors, as a key driver of potential value creation.

In addition, Peaker highlights Adlai’s innovative ADC strategy, particularly AN4035 and the proprietary RASiCA platform, which seek to leverage pan‑RAS(ON) inhibitors as targeted payloads to broaden the therapeutic window.
