# Vista Energy Executes MXN$60.6 Million Share Buyback in July 2026

Vista Energy SAB de CV ( (VIST) ) has issued an update.

On July 24, 2026, Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. repurchased 50,000 Series A shares at a price of MXN$1,213.01 per share, for a total consideration of about MXN$60.65 million excluding fees and value-added tax. The buyback, reported on July 27, 2026, was carried out under an authorization granted at the April 28, 2026 general ordinary shareholders’ meeting, reflecting ongoing capital management initiatives.

Following these repurchases, Vista had 111,392,402 Series A shares outstanding and held 909,351 Series A shares in treasury as a result of its buyback activity. Citi México Casa de Bolsa, part of Grupo Financiero Citi México, was engaged to execute the transaction, underscoring the company’s use of established financial intermediaries to implement its shareholder return and balance-sheet optimization strategy.
