Jefferies analyst Philippe Houchois has turned bullish on General Motors (GM) and Ford (F), upgrading both automakers to Buy from Hold. The Top analyst sees clearer earnings momentum and stronger long-term cash flow across both companies. The rating upgrade comes just ahead of Ford's Q2 earnings tomorrow, July 28.
