# SENSETIME-W : Visual AI Ranked No. 1 Globally Across Three Categories

Research firm Omdia released its "Video Analytics Market Share" report, showing that leveraging 11 years of deep expertise and solid technological advantages in the visual AI field, SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) 0.000 (0.000%) Short selling $61.56M; Ratio 28.014% retained its No. 1 position in the China market while also topping market share rankings in the Asia-Pacific region and globally for the first time, becoming the world's first company in this field to rank first simultaneously across the three major markets.

Previously, an IDC report had already indicated that SenseTime achieved a "10th consecutive championship" in China's visual AI market. Gartner also named SenseTime as a "global frontier technology innovator in visual AI in the era of large models" in its latest 2026 report.

Receiving multiple recognitions from three major global authoritative institutions at almost the same time reflects that SenseTime is advancing from "technology leadership" to "market leadership".

The company said that under its "1+X" strategy, all visual AI products have been integrated into SenseTime's "SenseFoundry" visual AI product platform, combined with the multimodal large model capabilities of SenseNova. The company has proposed an integrated "general-purpose + specialized" architecture to achieve breakthroughs in lightweight deployment, industry applications and scenario-based solutions, while significantly improving R&D efficiency. The "SenseFoundry" platform also works with AI agents and is compatible with both international and domestic computing power solutions.
