# Shanghai Aishengna Leads Mass Production of Domestic DUV Lithography Machines: Wire

Shanghai Aishengna Electronic Technology Group Co., Ltd. is leading the mass production of domestically developed immersion deep ultraviolet (DUV) lithography machines, Reuters, citing sources, reported.

However, further testing is still required, and there remains a massive gap compared with similar products from ASML (ASML.US) .

The domestic DUV lithography machines are expected to be delivered in 2026 to multiple chipmakers, including SMIC (00981.HK) -1.550 (-2.194%) Short selling $1.38B; Ratio 17.012% and HUA HONG GRACE (01347.HK) -10.300 (-6.931%) Short selling $762.26M; Ratio 12.631% , the report cited sources as saying.
