# SK Hynix to Announce Additional Shareholder Return Measures Within Year; 2027's HBM Price Talks Progressing Smoothly

SK Hynix said during its earnings conference call that it plans to announce additional shareholder return measures within the year, although the specific method, scale and timing have yet to be determined.

The company emphasized that it has set balanced capital allocation as its goal, striving to strike a balance among capturing structural long-term opportunities in the AI era through future investments, maintaining a stable financial structure, and enhancing shareholder returns.

SK Hynix said it is discussing next year's HBM supply volume and pricing with major customers, with negotiations progressing smoothly. The company added that general DRAM prices have mushroomed and are expected to have a certain impact on HBM pricing negotiations.

SK Hynix's share price in South Korea last dived 5.9%, while in Hong Kong XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709.HK) -7.300 (-19.200%) Short selling $4.36B; Ratio 39.689% slumped more than 17% to HKD31.2.
