1\. 15,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of gift for nil consideration to The Charities Aid Foundation (charity number 268369);

2\. 25,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party; and

3\. 25,000 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

These transactions took place outside a Trading Venue.
