# QUICK SPARK: F/m Investments Tops $10 Billion in ETF Assets as Treasury Funds Keep Winning

**F/m Investments** has surpassed $10 billion in ETF assets as of July 24, less than four years after entering the ETF market in 2022 with its U.S. Benchmark Series. The firm’s flagship **F/m US Treasury 3 Month Bill ETF** (NASDAQ:TBIL) now manages about $7.2 billion, while its ETF lineup has expanded to more than 20 funds.

The firm’s newest launch, the **F/m Accumulator Ultrashort Treasury ETF (NASDAQ:SGVA)**, reached **$100 million in assets just 14 days after its June launch**, outpacing TBIL’s early asset-gathering pace. F/m also recently became the first ETF issuer to launch a live dual share class fund under the SEC’s modern exemptive framework and has filed the industry’s first SEC application to permit tokenized shares of a registered ETF.

### **QUICK CONTEXT: Treasury ETF Specialist Scales Fast**

F/m Investments has carved out a niche in the fixed income ETF market by offering investors direct exposure to specific points on the U.S. Treasury yield curve through single-security Treasury ETFs. Its flagship **TBIL** was among the first ETFs to provide targeted exposure to the three-month Treasury bill, simplifying access to one of the world’s most liquid fixed income instruments.

Beyond Treasury products, the firm has focused on ETF innovation. Earlier this year, F/m became the first issuer to launch a live **dual share class ETF-mutual fund structure** under the SEC’s updated exemptive framework, allowing investors to access the same strategy through either ETF or mutual fund shares. 

It has also pushed into digital asset infrastructure by filing the industry’s first SEC application seeking approval for **tokenized shares of a registered ETF**. The firm has received multiple industry accolades over the past year, including **MMI/Barron’s Asset Manager of the Year** (Retail Advisory AUM under $25 billion), **ETF Suite of the Year** for its U.S. Benchmark Series, and a second consecutive **ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Award** for product innovation.
