Management forecasted full‑year 2026 adjusted EBITDA losses between $47 million and $51 million. Nevertheless, LMND raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $1.21 billion to $1.22 billion from $1.19 billion to $1.2 billion. The analyst estimate was pegged at $1.21 billion.

The company said, "We continue to expect positive Adj. EBITDA in the fourth quarter of this year, with our third quarter and full year guidance implying fourth quarter Adj. EBITDA of approximately $8 million."

Lemonade Shared a Key Leadership Update

Alongside earnings, the company disclosed that CFO Tim Bixby will move from his current role to the Board of Directors on January 1, 2027. Also, Nick Stead will step in as the new CFO.
