Ryan Daniels has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Waystar’s recent operating performance and outlook. The company delivered quarterly results that modestly exceeded consensus on both revenue and adjusted EBITDA, and management reflected this strength by nudging 2026 sales and profit guidance higher, effectively embedding the quarterly upside into its longer-term forecasts.

At the same time, softer volume-based sales were more than offset by robust growth in recurring subscription revenue, underscoring the resilience and quality of the business model. Daniels also sees Waystar as a leading, scaled platform in AI-driven revenue cycle management, with strong pricing power, a growing addressable market, and innovation that enhances client value, making the current share price an attractive entry point for investors.

According to TipRanks, Daniels is a 4-star analyst with an average return of 5.4% and a 49.16% success rate. Daniels covers the Healthcare sector, focusing on stocks such as TransMedics Group, Health Catalyst, and Hinge Health, Inc. Class A.

In another report released on July 24, Citi also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $28.00 price target.
