# NASN TECH  Starts IPO Today; Entry Fee HKD1,129

Autonomous driving motion control solutions provider NASN TECH (02261.HK) announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company planned to globally offer 57.5945 million H shares, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for about 10% and the international placing accounting for about 90%.

The offer price range is between HKD10.42 and HKD11.18 per share. Based on the maximum offer price, the company is expected to raise up to approximately HKD644 million. The board lot size is 100 shares, with an entry fee of approximately HKD1,129.27.

The IPO period starts today (30 July) and will close next Tuesday (4 August), with listing expected next Friday (7 August). Guotai Haitong and BOCI are acting as joint sponsors. 

Based on the median offer price of HKD10.8, net proceeds are estimated at approximately HKD554 million.
