# JPM Reiterates STANCHART Overweight Rating, TP at HKD295

JPMorgan released a report covering STANCHART (02888.HK) -5.600 (-2.420%) Short selling $63.47M; Ratio 25.143% , of which revenue, PPOP and net profit for 2Q26 were 3%, 9% and 17% above company-compiled consensus forecasts, respectively.

STANCHART is JPM's top pick among banks in mainland China and Hong Kong, given better-than-expected revenue growth, impairment charges that were 37% lower than expected, as well as continued strong client and asset growth.

The Overweight rating was reiterated. The TP is HKD295.
