# Oil States Announces Second Quarter 2026 Results

In the second quarter of 2026, Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) based in Houston reported their financial results. The consolidated revenues for the period were $156,659 thousand, showing an 8% increase sequentially from the first quarter of 2026 at $145,363 thousand, but a 5% decrease year-over-year from $165,406 thousand in the second quarter of 2025. Operating income displayed a significant increase both sequentially and year-over-year, reaching $11,712 thousand, compared to $4,278 thousand and $5,277 thousand, respectively. Adjusted operating income, which excludes charges and credits, was $10,615 thousand during this quarter, surpassing the $8,350 thousand in the previous quarter and $8,936 thousand in the same period last year.
