In Malvern, Pa., Balfour Beatty's Campus Solutions (BBCS) has partnered with Wentworth Institute of Technology to construct the university's new First-Year Tower Residence Hall in Boston. This $200 million project will comprise of an 18-story, 202,000-square-foot residence hall designed to house 972 first-year students, enhancing their residential experience at the university. The completion of this landmark development is set to transform the living accommodations available to Wentworth's entire first-year student population.
