# GEEKPLUS-W: US Advanced Robotics Ban Will Not Have Material Impact on Company

GEEKPLUS-W (02590.HK) +0.360 (+4.040%) Short selling $1.22M; Ratio 1.410% announced that to address the recent update to the Covered List published by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Tuesday (28th) prohibiting the import, marketing or sale of foreign-produced advanced robotic devices and connected power inverters in the United States, the Board announced that all Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) models currently sold by the Group in the United States have obtained valid FCC certifications and therefore are not subject to the Prohibitions.

Sales, product delivery, and business operations of the Group in the United States remain fully operational and completely unaffected. The Prohibition will not have any material adverse impact on the business, operation or financial conditions of the Group. The Company continues to implement its long-term strategy of regionalizing its manufacturing, supply chains, research development and product testing.
